Shipping Info: Packages are sent through the main french postal service "La Poste".
France: packages should be received within 2 days.
EU and World: packages should be received within 3 to 8 days.

Return Policy: Any return is your charge, and refund can not be done.
You have 15 days after the package is marked as sent by us to contact us in case of return. If an item is returned because of very serious damages, this will be replaced and sent for free.
Any loss by postal service can not be our responsibility.
Please be aware that some vinyls can present some minor imperfections that occured during the manufacturing process though.
Also, please keep in mind that Monte Ida is an artistic project with limited money and time, trying to make relationships with you as fair as possible.
